Great Idea!
Do you plan to integrate the existing SDIY-Archive
into this system? Would it make sense?
I just had the thought of ... how about some sort
of bookmarksystem based on the existing archive?
I'm trying hard to catch up on the posts of the
last couple of years and found a lot of useful,
helpful, brilliant, informative, ... (well you
know the list ;-) postings which are IMHO quite
worthwhile to be chiseled in stone at somewhere
central.
A structure of slogans/subjects (what's the word?)
should be mandatory in order to be able to find
some kind of structure.
At the moment I've no clue what's the best way how
to deal with crossinformational contents like,
let's say, "VCOs" (as modules or technologie or
part of a complete system) and "ASM-1" (as a
complete system) which contains VCOs.
But I's pretty sure this could be solved.
Well, maybe this would be overdone but IMHO very
helpful. It also could become a pretty good
entrypoint for new members of the list like a
growing directory of FAQs for instance (just a
thought as I recnetly came around Gene's post on
"Eletronotes" he made years ago).
soon,
Michael.
