But "bug" is not pervasive enough.
I will declare this as "spider and gnat protection" device
to my wife. Then I expect no further problems,
because I always have to hunt spiders (alive)
and to throw them out....

Steel-wire mesh, grounded of course. Can double as a
bug screen. Any metal will work, but ferrous is best.
