Farnell do a range of the PCB mounting (search for item 150040) and they
do them in black, blue, green, red white and yellow.  They are made by DGS
Pro Audio, and while Mouser do stock DGS lines, they don't appear to stock
these particular items.  The datasheeet on the items is here:
