[sdiy] LM13600 gone? NE5517 or XR13600!

New Japan Radio (NJM) makes both 13600 and 13700
The only difference I have seen is that the NJM
input transistors will break down at 7.5V differential
and National's are good at that level.

Of course you are not supposed to exceed 5V diff, max.
