Hello,

Ok, you asked it (explicite lyrics on the way - for saving their souls all
the young ones have to overlook the next five words): BOF means "Boring Old
Fart".
What I wanted to say: To my opinion people, who buy today a fixed-wired
analogue mono synth, surely do not want to create sounds for a classic rock
music keyboardsolo ala Keith Emerson or Tony Banks.
My opinion on what a good, fixed wired synth should do:
Destination Modulationssource
(Src1/Scr2 means switch between two sources. All
Mod-Source-Inputs should have amount-potis if not
mentioned otherwise.)
VCO1
Log fq Keyb (fixed on 1V per Oct)
Log fq LFO
Log fq Env1/Env2 (inverted Env appreciated)
Lin fq VCO2
PWM rate LFO or Env1/Env2 (inverted Env not needed for PWM)
VCO2
Hard/Softsync from VCO1
Log fq Keyb (switchable 1V per Oct or adjustable)
Log fq LFO
Log fq Env1/Env2 (inverted Env appreciated)
Lin fq VCO1
PWM rate LFO or Env1/Env2 (inverted Env not needed for PWM)
VCF
Cutoff Keyb
Cutoff Env1/Env2 (inverted Env appreciated)
Cutoff LFO
Cutoff VCO2
Cutoff Ext-CV-Input
Resonance Env1/Env2 (inverted Env appreciated)
Resonance Keyb
Resonance LFO/VCO2
VCA
Amplitude Env1/Env2 (inverted Env not really senseful)
Amplitude Adjustable offset
Amplitude LFO/VCO2
It would be nice if the envelopes can be triggered by the LFOs
rectangle.
Loop functions for the envelopes are a nice feature.
Within of that I did not obey the functions of Pitchwheel and
Modulationwheel
The LFO Waveform has not to be switched at the Destinations it is enough to
switch it at the LFO, since there are nearly no useful sounds, that use
Triangle and Rectangle waveform at the same time.
