[sdiy] Single-sided ASM-1 board designs

I apologize because I did see this brought up in the archives once before,
but there were no responses then, so I was hoping maybe I'd have better luck
now...

Does anybody here happen to have a plan for any asm-1 modules for
single-sided board? It doesn't have to be space-efficient, or wire-free.

It seems really difficult to translate from a schematic to a board layout...
similarily, i've followed a few threads about pcb software, but never really
saw it mentioned, is this what programs like autotraxeda are good for?

I've tried out a few, the nicest one (in my uneducated opionion) was
circuitmaker 2000, but I got stuck there as soon as I tried to insert a -V
symbol and noticed there doesn't seem to be any...

Bah...
Well, either way...I'd appreciate anything,
Steve
