Huh? That's not how DCF77 wants to be used. The signal is modulated so 
that you get second and minute pulses plus over the course of each 
minute you collect the complete date and time information, which 
becomes valid at the next minute pulse. If you need a frequency normal, 
the horizontal frequency of any TV channel or perhaps the carrier for 
the audio channel is quite likely a better source.
