Hi Batz,
1.
strip the enamel with a sharp knive. It's hard to do it on .1mm but possible.
2.
if you need to connect 2 thin wires, just twist them together and put into flame of a lighter. The copper will melt and bond the wires for good.
3.
get a paint remover or similar poisonous solvent. Put the wires in it for some time and enamel will go of easily. We used to do that to make chokes. It doesn't make sense if you need only few wires to strip, but for 100s of chokes it's good. Bad thing - it solders not so good, and must be soldered quick afterwards.
4.
drill a hole in iron plate and put the wire thru it. Then scratch the enamel by the hole edges holding the wire on both sides of the plate. This is best done before wounding if you know exact wire length needed.
IMHO it's always better to remove enamel and solder wire ends before it's wound.
