[sdiy] Enameled wire

I wound coils for radio equipment when I was a kid. I did it with emery
paper or light sand paper. I don't know that I ever got it all off either.
If I could solder it and the project worked, I was happy. It wasn't a lot of
fun, but ya gotta do what ya gotta do.
