   Well this has been an amusing topic, some of which I resemble!

   One of my all-time favorite reference sources:

   TI's "The Transistor and Diode Data book" -First Edition- 1973

   This has been an invaluable source of information for looking up 
transistor data and having a cross-reference for many obsoletes!
   You can bet I won't be throwing any of my databooks out anytime soon!
