[sdiy] Rail to rail op-amp?

Hi all. For a planned module, I need an op-amp whose output can go almost
to the supply voltages.
I have looked, but the ones I have found will not operate with a supply
voltages as high as +/- 15 volt.
Do you have anything to suggest? Maybe even a discrete design?
It doesn't have to be high performance. It will just process control
voltages.
