[sdiy] Trevor Page disappeared?

Anyone have heard anything from Trevor Page lately?. I have e-mailed him
repeatedly, but no reply.
His website isn't updated since june 10.
The parts list for the 9090 project isn't updated since may 28, eventhough
it is incomplete.
Are there other 9090 builders reading this? If so, do you know anything
about the following capacitors, which appear on the boards but not in the
parts list or schematics?

C129
C125
C133
C20
C25

Are they to be omitted or are they forgotten in the parts list?
Also, the schematics for the noise generator are missing.
