voltage divider maybe?
say a 100k and 50K resistor in series, the 50k end to ground, the 15V
signal to the 100k end. Tap the junction of the 100k & 50 K and you have
10v.
Of course I know nothing of impedences and all that, so different resistor
values may be better.
