[sdiy] VCF with LMF100 or UAF42? Possible?

I am not at all familiar with the LMF100.
The UAF42, I am somewhat familiar...you really won't gain a whole
lot from using the UAF42, IMHO...
There really isn't a whole lot in them. If I remember correctly,
just 4 opamps and a couple of capacitors. It would be a whole lot less
expensive to use a pair of TL072's and some polystyrene 1000pf caps and
you would have the same thing, more or less (I can't remember what the
GBP of the opamps in the UAF42 were).
Now, since you happen to have some, sure, you can use them to make
Multimode filters. Just use your favorite OTA (CA3080, LM13600, NE5517,
or CA3280) and you have it. You should be able to modify any schematic
for a Multimode filter to use with the UAF42....(I sure hope I am
right).
