[sdiy] OT: AKAI MFC42 (and notOT dBm :)

One of my friends bought an AKAI MFC42 without doc, and asked me to help 
him with cables. I didn't find correct information about inputs/outputs.
The official site ( http://www.akaipro.com/jp/global/mfc42/mfcspcfs.htm ) 
says: "Input connector: 6.3mm phone jack x2 (Impedance 47kOhms), max. +16dBm"
Balanced or unbalanced? And the line level? The dBm is power...

I hope someone can answer the questions!
