thanks for all those that suggested links, but no luck
yet.  this box was definitly cleaner looking than dave
or ruuds, but it may have been a sn76477 based device.
 i want to say that it was philips based, but i could
be making that up.  and im pretty sure the guy who
made it was 20 something and from
finland/sweden/norway?  ill keep looking, but thanks
for the tips, i may find it through some of those
links!  thanks!
