Analogue Systems and Doepfer, yes....but the springs are removable.  Once
removed however, they are gone - one can't re-install them.  Personally, I
think centering springs on a joystick for the purpose of a coordinate
voltage controller on a synth to be rather burdenous.  Defeats much the
functionality.
