[sdiy] Where can I get a TMS3617 chip ?

Hello !

I just found that one of the TMS3617 chips on my Farfisa Lido organ is bad, causing for som of the notes not to be played or be partially played. The problem is that I cannot find any source where I can get it . I live in Israel and I need it to be delivered. Do you know where and how I can get it ? Can this chip be found on many other organs and synths ? If so maybe I can take one out from a broken synth I may be able to find... What other instruments use it ?
