I would guess there is a limit to how many inputs you should run off 1 output. Something to do with the input and output impedences, and maybe some other factors - I expect someone else on the list can probably state this much more mathematically !
Especially be careful when running a CV that is also used for VCO pitch control into other not-very-high-impedance inputs - you can introduce detuning of the VCO.
