[sdiy] Multisegment Envelope Generator Progress

    I have made a lot of good progress on my multisegment envelope
generator.  I did have to borrow a little bit from JH (with permision),
and had to do battle with CMRR problems in a differential amplifier
(solved this problem by getting rid of it).  It is working pretty good
now.  I took some scope photos today, you can see them at:

    I am using only 6 of the 8 segments, because I only had room on the
panel for pots for 6 segments...

    The number of segments and the segment that is used for sustain are
both programable.
