[sdiy] Rotary Encoders (Data Sheets)

Folks,

Stumped on a problem with a Bourns Rotary Encoder, type ecw1j-024-ac0024.

Anybody idea what the pin numbers are?

I really need a data sheet but there's nothing on the Bourns site and this puppy
isn't behaving like it should.
