All you'd need is one current source and a current sink and switch them with the schmitt trigger signal. (Thats how the OTA is used after all, its a switchable current source/sink in this application.)

To get rid of the second current source, usually one builds sawtooth oscillators and derrives the 
triangle via waveshaping. The problem is that getting I and -I match is difficult.
