[sdiy] MC 202 repair

I've recently purchased a Mc202, but only to discover that the decay control is broken, so I'm interiested in fixing it, and thought Id ask you guys advice first. 

the problem is that the decay is always set of maxium, no matter what the slider is set to. would this be a broken slider, or some thing else? so far I havn't done any investigations into the problem...

oh, also, my Dr110 modifications are complete (for the moment at least) soon I should be able to get some pictures and upload them...
