All of the stuff is date coded 1978 and 1979.  Looks like a load of crap
according to one of our favorite synth designers.  :)

I'm not sure exactly, but from the number series they sound pretty old.
MC7xx series from Motorola was RTL (Resistor Transistor Logic) from the
late 1960s.  I'd assume any MC6xx series proceeded that.  Diode
Transistor Logic maybe?
