These things are increadibly hard to find and are going out of manufacture
this winter, for good.
Trust me on this - Miller & Kreisel (better known as M&K - please note my
email address) uses them in almost all of their powered speakers and we've
been spending the last year preparing for their planned extinction.
Worse news, many manufacturers of powered speakers use them and they, like
us, have all been scrambling to find a replacement.
OK, so..while I can't tip my hand too far (read: not at all) - we've come
up with an altogether different technology which is going to kick the sheesh
out of the days of ol' Burr Brown. Just wait and see.
