[sdiy] decaves?

Interesting idea.
Most modern synths have a option to create custom scales,
programming a "decave" should be no problem.
Don't know about the paia midi>cv unit, but considering a
scale option is common place on synths these days it seems
odd if there are no midi>CV units on the market with this option too.

If every thing fails you can always start playing Sitar ;)
