Yes, it will, because it has a bipolar input, which have better matching characteristics, than the JFET's used in the TL07x series. Ever tried to match discrete JFETs for Idss?  Typically, bipolar input offsets will have better Vos, higher gain, lower noise, lower Vos drift, CMRR as compared to JFET
opamps which will have lower input bias current, higher slew rate.
