i have an ic question. i'd like to build this:

but i'm having trouble finding some parts in the conrad catalogue.

is the 3909 LED Flasher/Oscillator as an lm3914 n led-modulator? i can't
find the 3909 listed, is this a common part?

same with the 7445 BCD To Decimal Decoder. is this the same as an sn7445 n?
or is there a compatible chip?
