Sounds like your going to need some sort of carrier / adaptor. I could swear
I've seen this in the Digi-Key catalog. Also, you might check Circuit Cellar
and EDN mags for ads from people who make these adaptors. I'll keep my eyes
open to see if I can find the exact flavor you're looking for.
Slightly OT: Are you going to have a booth at Winter NAMM? I'm going to be
