While I'm sure someone else carried these books at a lower price, 
the afore mentioned MCM Electronics has Japanese Specification manuals
for Transistors, Diodes, and FETs.
Part Numbers 81-450, 81-1205, 81-1235, 81-1240 $19.95ea.  

These contain about as much in the way of Specs as an ECG manual for example.
