Yo Dude,
Some folk here (like me) make our own. I use 1/8"
aluminum from McMaster-Carr. It comes in 2,3,4" wide.
I cut it to length with a hacksaw and file it smooth
and square. A Sharpie is used to apply ink to the
backside, then I scribe my layout lines in the black
ink. I use a center punch to mark the holes. A 1/8"
drill bit is used for all holes first, then drill out
to size. The front is layed out in Visio then printed
on card stock, spray-glued onto the panels, and clear
acrylic is sprayed on.
Easy, yes?
