Oh yes, very useful ;^)
I am using the THAT 140 (obsolete, replaced by the THAT 240) which has
2 NPN and 2 PNP transistors. Great for things like simple OTA's (as in
SSM2040 type filters), and other uses. Although, they are premium priced,
so you need to use them in premimum places. I have also used the THAT 120
(obsolte, replaced by the THAT 220) for doing PNP expo converters.
Although, for what I used them for, I think hand matched 2n2906's are just
fine. I have also used the THAT 120 to make preamps.
