Right, that one is based on an old midi router driver
originally written by Zoltan Janosy. It was initially
written for 3.1 but works up to Win98 (and possibly ME).

I would also be interested in being able to make a driver
to support the newer OSes. So if anyone has some info drop
me a line too.
