There is a crimp pin that goes on the wire, then slides into the
housing.
There is a tool to crimp them, a a cheap-o one size fits all from Molex
is about $12-15.
Then I put a touch of solder on them as well. Most engineers never trust
the crimp anyway.
e-mail the exact part number and I coild help you select the pins. Also
need
to know the wire gauge you want to use...
