[sdiy] Fatman question - stuck notes?

Thanks - you nailed it!
I took your advice and disabled _everything_ but note on / off, and it's
working (haven't had more than one stuck note - and that was from an
arpeggiator that i think uses note vel 00 instead of note off)
BTW, you were right, it's in the archives *ducks*
