[sdiy] Fatman question - stuck notes - one other suggestion

Thanks Paul,

I tried adding a 10k resistor between pins 5 and 7 on the optoisolator
(Scott at Paia suggested this too) - this didn't work, however, it might
come in handy for other folks.
