[sdiy] Taking the USB plunge...

    The VID from the USB cops is the biggest problem for DIY
stuff...once I learn a bit more about how this stuff works, I hope I can
find a dodge.

    And as far as the Device Driver goes, yep, I know it is a big pain
in the neck, but, it has to be done.  If it is like everything else in
Windows, once you learn how to do it, it ain't too bad.
