[sdiy] OT: The dirt poor spirit

Yo,

What a difference a lack of income makes! My little HP
printer has been acting up lately, and was pretty much
unusable. Not being able to afford a new one (or even
a used one), I tore it apart and found the problem.
Not being able to afford repair parts, I shimmed up a
spring and viola! It is working now. 

A small victory against our throw-away society!
