There are also the THAT transistor arrays. I still have quite a few
THAT120's that I sell for $3.79, however, once these are gone, they are
gone, since THAT can't make them any longer since Harris went bye-bye
(their foundry). The transistors are dialectrically issolated. And it
is a quad PNP.
THAT is supposed to be bringing out a THAT2xx line, which will be
junction isolated, but, no news on when that is going to happen, and
they are not going to be pin compatable.
