Hi, all

Just don't use guitar amps, as I´ve seen many times. Too bad frequency
response. Full-range P.A. speakers or at least keyboard amps are Ok.

Better use a brick-wall limiter, to avoid speaker (and ears) damage:

Use an EQ to narrow the freq response from 40Hz to 15kHz.

Only if the synth have really low output impedance, or you won´t get a
good sound. But now, more than ever, you´ll need a limiter, if you love
your ears...  :-)
