   Yes, I bypass both the positive and negative supply with a 22 ohm 
resistor and a 47uF electrolytic.  It's something I have gotten in the 
habit of doing since I had to design stable high-gain circuitry for use 
with switching computer power supplies.  Normally I would use 100uF 
instead, but I would have had to move to the next size up SMT packaging, 
which takes up too much real estate.  47uF is the largest value in a type 
D package at 35 Volts.
   As you might see, I have a tendency to over-engineer things.  :)
