apparently you can make a lookup table to change the resistance depending on
temperature. it is programmable and non-volatile to boot which means you can
set it and forget it. this sounds interesting for use in temperature stable
VCO's and such but are 2 degree increments sufficient for that?
also, the power supply range for the device is 3Vdc-5.5Vdc and the voltage
through it's resistors cannot be above the supply... hmmm that sucks.
anybody seen/used this thing?

ps: also found some sources for reverse taper pots, CA3046s, MC3900s, and
4558s. if ya need em let me know.
