The CA3094 is probably  less desirable than the CA3080 for  vcf 
applications - unless you want something really simple - the base of the 
internal Darlington buffer is connected internally to the output of the 
OTA proper - no way of disconnecting it so you could use a FET buffer in 
it's place. The collector of the input transistor of the Darlington is 
connected internally to the Vcc(+) pin, however the emitter and the 
collector of the second transistor are brought out to pins. Nevertheless 
it was used in the Moog rack phaser and several Electroharmonix boxes. 
The LM13600/700 is probably preferable in every respect.
