Wow...I really must travel to canada sometime so I can sample the amazing 
potent form of crack cocaine they must have just developed. Even somebody 
smoking normal crack wouldn't come up with something that crazy, it being 
obvious what something like that would do to the computer industry. The whole 
idea of levying a tax of more than 100% of the purchase price of an item is 
nuts, taxes are designed to be percentage, not a multiple.
