HI, found this link which gives I think more info about the ca3094 http://www.powerdesigners.com/InfoWeb/design_center/Appnotes_Archive/an6077.pdf I think they are used in the Moog 12 stage phaser and some maestro pedals . used to be available from Farnell , but not anymore unfortunately. regards Peter
