Hi list!
I just wanted to thanks everyone for being so helpful!
Thanks to you, I found the search engine for the Archives, and am very
grateful...
(now I'm looking for CA3094 chips and - oh my!
They're very scarce!
Why?
(What's the *big idea* of these huge companies making things, and getting
us to design stuff using their pinouts - only to have them Yank the product
- saying it's "obsolete" and then *not* offering us any upgrade, equivalent
or replacements?
That's Not very nice!
Of course I've spent hours and hours on a circuit only to find out *now*
that the part's not available... Anyone want to sell two or three used ones?
So well, now I'm wondering if it's possible to wire-up my own CA3094
equivalent circuit onto an 8-pin dip header, as a sort of "Franken-Amp"
to plug into the socket - where a *Real* CA3094 should be...
Any ideas?
(Did You say a room in Maui? Really? The moonlight on the waves)? LOL!
Thanks Everybody!
Cynthia
