Hi Cynthia,

There is a 3280. It is an improved 3080 n the sense that it has diodes 
on the input that can pre-distort the signal so you get a better signal 
to noise ratio. However, it is a dual unit, and consequently is not a 
drop in replacement for the 3080.

I think i did hear of a single improved 3080 before, but it must be 
really rare, because I never heard of it again. ;)
what was it guys 3094 or something?

and I don't mean the single inline ba6110. Which is, of course not a 
drop in replacement for a 3080.
