Well, not necessarilly. That person could be just incredibly slow, and
it still works! That is, naturally, that you only operate in
talk->listen/nod/ask stupid question to get clearer explanation mode.

Indeed. There is constructive and destructive ways of doing the
backseat driving. I've seen people that is pretty smart, which is
really terrible as backseat drivers. You should try out different
people, and select which is allowed "in" when you have troubles. One
must give people a few shots thought.

Indeed, indeed. However, it would be a terrible mess in the end.
