[sdiy] FSK specifications

You're thinking about the PAIA 6770 Master Synchronizer designed by 
Craig Anderton (found in Jan/Feb 1983 issues of Keyboard). I still 
have one of these in my junk box. It doesn't use FSK, unfortunately, 
it uses a pulse train.
