[sdiy] Serge Tcherepnin Update

If any of you are interested, a buddy of mine just got back from Paris and
had an oppuratunity to have a meal with the founder of the Serge
Synthesizer, Serge Tcherepnin.  They were old pals from Cal Arts.

Serge now lives with his wife in Paris in an apartment his parents used to
own.  There is also a property in Fountainbleu, although I am not sure if he
stays there or leases out. I would surely opt for Fountainbleu as its agreat
little city. Unfortunaely, Serge has just had a triple bypass.  He is in
good spirits, better health, but has lost considerable weight.

I heard he's writing music again, and also doing some work with composer
Arvo Part.
